Woche 16 – Tapern

Endlich ist es vollbracht: das Marathontraining ist vorbei! Und nun? Tapern!

Die ersten drei Tage der vergangenen Woche zog ich noch voll durch. Am Montag 14.3 km im 3:38er Schnitt, am Dienstag 10×1000 m. Irgendwie war am Dienstag nicht mein Tag, die Läufe lief ich alle im Schnitt bei 3:17 min. Eigentlich war geplant jeden Lauf in 3:10 min zu laufen. Aber nach der umfangreichen Schlussphase der Marathonvorbereitung war ich einfach platt. Viel ging nicht mehr.

Am Mittwoch folgte dann der abschliessende lange Lauf. Diesmal 36 km im 4:08er Schnitt. Der Lauf ging locker von der Bühne, aber danach folgte eine schlimme Feststellung: meine Achillessehne am linken Bein schmerzte! Das ist natürlich wieder mal typisch, die ganze Vorbereitung über keine Verletzung, aber dann in der allerletzten Einheit vor dem Tapern. Mist! Ich habe gleich alle Maßnahmen ergriffen, damit die Achillessehnenreizung schnell wieder abklingt. Die nächsten beiden Tage habe ich dann trainingsfrei gemacht. Für den Donnerstag stand sowieso kein Training auf dem Plan, aber für den Freitag. Obwohl ich am Freitag die Sehnen nicht spürte, habe ich vorsichtshalber die geplante Einheit auf den Samstag Vormittag geschoben. Da lief ich dann auch nicht den vollen geplanten Umfang von 18 km, sondern nur 11.4 km im 3:38er Schnitt. Eigentlich sollte die Einheit im Marathonrenntempo gelaufen werden, aber wie immer brauchte ich erst wieder ein paar Kilometer zum warmlaufen, besonders am frühen Morgen, bevor es dann richtig schnell wurde. So bin ich von den 11.4 km knapp 9 km etwas schneller als MRT gelaufen. Aber körperlich habe ich mich doch sehr angestrengt gefühlt und konnte mir während des Laufes nicht vorstellen, dieses Tempo über 42.2 km zu laufen. Die Zweifel sind da, nicht zuletzt weil meine Trainingsdaten immer öfter Zweifel zulassen. Und nun soll es auch noch wärmer werden in der nächsten Woche. :-(

Jedenfalls habe ich die Achillessehne nur leicht während des Trainings und kurz danach gespürt. Ich hoffe da ist wieder alles gut, dennoch habe ich die heutige Einheit lieber sausen lassen. Leider war das ne wichtige Tempoeinheit mit 5×2000 m.

Die nächste Woche wird weiter getapert. Viel machen kann ich an der Marathonform eh nicht mehr und das Wichtigste ist nun, dass die Sehne durchhält. Wenn also nun die eine oder andere Einheit noch ausfallen sollte, lohnt es nicht sich darüber zu grämen. Hautsache die eine wichtige Einheit am kommenden Sonntag kann ich schmerzfrei laufen! mfg Matze
